Functions Room Hire

Our clubhouse holds between 80 – 100 people. The beer garden area can also be used in conjunction if you had a larger group.

Catering

  • Platters can be purchased from the club. (these can be arranged to suit you with the functions manager).
  • Self catering – this is arranged by the hirer.
  • Our canteen can also be used to store and heat food.

Entertainment

  • We have a jukebox available for use at no cost
  • Band/DJ can be set up – this is arranged by the hirer.

Room Hire – $250 – this includes the cleaning fee of the clubhouse.

Special Requirements – 18th or 21st birthday parties require a Security Guard for the duration of the function. This is charged at $45 per hour.

Our facility is licenced until 12.00pm on weekends. We are governed by Liquor, Gaming & HACCP regulations, no drink is able to be brought in by patrons or guests for consumption onsite.

Please note that non-alcoholic drinks are available but minors must be accompanied at the bar. Photo ID will be checked and intoxicated persons will be refused service. Tap water is provided free of charge.

  • Cheese & Fruit (selection of gourmet cheeses, crackers and fresh seasonal fruit) $50
  • Sliders (mini beef burgers, ham, cheese & tomato burgers, pulled pork & slaw, egg salad sliders) 50 pieces – $80
  • Hot snacks (spring rolls, dim sims, meatballs, party pies, chicken fingers, spinach and fetta pastries) $50
  • Antipasto (Cheeses, olives, sundried tomatoes, mixed dips, bread and crackers, continental meats) $60
  • Bite Sized Desserts – (Rocky Road, cup-cakes, Macarons, Lemon Slice) 60 pieces -$60
